Live Music News + More

Hey, y'all! Maggie Rainwater here with HoosierDevil. I'm sending this message out at the end of a busy week! I hope your week has been great too. Since we talked last, I had the super cool opportunity to be a guest on a podcast for the first time! I was invited to tape an episode of Big Sound, Small Town - and I got to do the taping with host Sandy Carlton at one of my favorite places, the Earl Scruggs Center!

I didn't know what to expect and I was a little nervous, but Sandy was an excellent host and I had a great time sharing my story with him. I even sang a couple of songs too! I'm not sure when my episode of Big Sound, Small Town will air yet - probably not for a couple of months - but I will keep y'all posted! What a cool experience.

It's been a busy couple weeks in the music world here in western North Carolina, as our beloved bars and venues were allowed to reopen at limited capacity last weekend! I am excited to get back to live music events in a safe way, and hope to be seeing y'all out at some shows soon! Here's a roundup of client news...

Asheville Winter Grass with Songs From the Road Band has added two special guests: Josh Daniel on Saturday and Darren Nicholson on Sunday! Saturday is sold out and limited tickets remain for the Sunday show. Grab them here!

The Earl Scruggs Music Festival is moving to 2022! Read their statement here...

White Horse Black Mountain reopened last weekend! They're now presenting small in-person events in addition to their streaming series, White Horse Live. They've got several shows lined up with more to come... including lots of Celtic music for St. Patrick's Day. Check out their events here.

Now, let's shift gears for a moment.

What does organization mean to you?

Are you a planner person? A digital calendar guru? A list lover? Or are you all about that figuring-things-out-as-you-go life?

Or maybe you don’t feel organized. Maybe you haven’t hit on the right system that really works for you. Maybe the thought of “getting organized” feels too big and overwhelming.

If that’s the case… you’re not alone! It’s taken some time, lots of practice, and quite a few pots of coffee for me to come up with the organization system that works for me. And I’ve definitely felt discouraged along the way.

Which is why I put together a digital guide to let you in on my personal method to staying productive and stress-free - in the form of three FREE tools you can implement TODAY to simplify your life and start knocking out that to-do list. These are tools I use every day, and I’m confident they can help you too.

Grab the guide here - did I mention it's free?!

Thanks for being part of my online community. I'm wishing you a safe, fun, and music-filled weekend!

-Maggie
